International women’s day

In the words of Michelle Obama; “ When you have worked hard and done well and walked through that doorway of opportunity…you reach back and you give other folks the same chances that helped you succeed”.

International womens’ day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

In honour of this day  e-Inclusion in partnership with the STEM Girls Foundation organised a one(1) day workshop  dubbed “CARE TO SHARE” to celebrate women. The event was organised under a special mission of empowering women to develop their leadership  and entrepreneurial skill across all demographics by addressing specific issues that confront women in business and entrepreneurship, education, ministry, family/motherhood etc under the theme” Accelerating women advancement; bridging the experience gap”

The event also provided women the opportunity for national recognition, networking and access to investors and clients to scale their businesses.

The nature of the event was an all-round discussion under the tangibles; challenges faced at various sectors of involvement, importance of partnership, ministry work, role of technology in business growth specifically the internet.  Various discussions were also moderated to enhance contribution from all participants.

Some of the key speakers were Petra Aba Asamoah, Eunice Owusu Afriyie , Veronica  Affuah Da-Silva, Vera Adu-Amaning, and many more

Side attractions included, soul music by Josh blakk, music, comedy, poetry, Khebab and sobolo, professional photography etc.
